The Cherry Blossom at Spur Gastropub

The Cherry Blossom was created by Ken Gray at Spur Gastropub for Washington cider week. The Cherry Blossom Ken Gray, SPUR Gastropub 2 oz Tieton Cherry Cider 1/2 oz OOLA Waitsburg Bourbon 1/2 oz Dolin Rouge 1/2 oz Dolin Blanc dash grapefruit bitters Combine all ingredients except cider in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and top with Tieton Cherry Cider.
