This apple has vibrant pink flowers at bloom as it prepares to become a brilliant red-fleshed apple at harvest. Named Niedzwetzkyana, this cider apple has been grown for 10 years in our Tieton, WA orchards. A 2023 Sip Best of the NW double gold winner this cider produces a ruby red juice that turns into a rose cider post fermentation. You will taste the naturally balanced complexities of this tart and sweet apple in every sip.
