This 7X over award-winning cider is made with locally sourced honey, whole lavender buds and apples grown on our 3rd generation farms in the Yakima Valley.

Imperial Apple Cider
This “Imperial” Cider comes in at 8.4% ABV! The high-octane is tamed by a touch of sweetness with a tart finish. Truly, a cider fit for royalty.
Tasting Notes: Fruity citrus notes of grapefruit and mandarin are liberated from the local apples we press to make this cider.

Wild Washington Apple Cider
Our proprietary blend of bitter-sharp and bittersweet apples can compromise as many as 40 varietals in route to creating the final blend. Never too sweet, nor too dry, the complexity of this cider makes it the perfect sipper for just about anyone, not to mention our most popular.
Tasting Notes: Fresh pineapple aroma with pronounced mineral qualities. Notes of green apple and savory lemon with a round mouth feel.

bOURBON BARREL PEACH Cider
Juice from hand-picked Washington State peaches and apples is married with rich bourbon barrels to give this cider a deep vanilla and plum character.
Tasting Notes: The perfect balance of sweet, ripe peaches and tartness of green apples. A touch of oak tannin finishes this cider off perfectly.

aPRICOT Cider
A well- rounded apricot cider can be quite the challenge to create. Our goal was to produce a cider that remained apricot floral on the nose, while also maintaining proper balances of semi-dry fruit characters on the palate. A perfect balance between apple and apricot.
Tasting Notes: Fruit forward apricot on the nose with a proper balance of sweet and tart on the palate. A perfect combination of apple and apricot.

ORGANIC Apple Cider
We’ve been growing apples in the Yakima Valley for 3 generations. Growing the fruit organically combines our farming tradition with being good stewards of the land we call home. This organic cider represents our heritage, the care that goes into the land and trees that produce it.
Tasting Notes: This organic cider is dry and crisp like the Yakima Valley. It’s slightly tart but well balanced with a fruity nose.

Cherry Cider
The goal for this cider was to create a perfectly balanced, not too sweet food cider. The semi-sweet complexity has been captured in this bottle. This might be one of the most surprising offering you taste this year.

Huckleberries are one of the Northwest’s great wild crops. The Cascade and Olympic ranges provide this divine berry in limited supply for those willing to seek it out. Huckleberries are closely related to blueberries with their own unique rich flavor and sweetness.

Bourbon Barrel Cherry
Jan-April
Washington state produces over 20million 20lb boxes of cherries each year, we got our hands on some of that fresh juice in the making of this cherry cider. The complexities of rich cherries and tart apples are rounded out by depths velvety oak tannins.
Tasting Notes: This dark-sweet cherry cider provides deliciously tart cherry upfront with a splash of vanilla and bold plum characters on the finish.

Tasting Notes: This blend of hand-picked juicy strawberries and fresh pressed cider pours as a ruby blush. It is Hazy or unfiltered which adds body and accentuates flavors. Enjoy this fruity summer beverage with smoky bar-b-que and fresh cheeses.

Huckleberry cider

Huckleberries are one of the Northwest’s great wild crops. The Cascade and Olympic Ranges provide this redish-purple berry to those who are willing to seek it out.
Tasting Notes: The perfect blend of pressed Northwest blended berries with Washington State apples. Just the right amount of rich sweet berries off-sets the tart apple base.

Single Varietal Series
ASHMEADS KERNEL CIDER
Ashmead’s Kernel is an apple of antiquity discovered by William Ashmead of Gloucester, England in the 17th century. Over the centuries, this apple has long been prized for its culinary capabilities. We grow Ashmead’s Kernel for its excellent cider-making qualities.
Tasting Notes: A tart apple with sherbert orange blossom characteristics upfront followed by deep caramel and honey qualities on the finish.

Golden Russet
We call this old American Cultivar the “Champagne of Apples” for it is versatile and delightful. The Golden Russet can withstand the cold temperatures and makes a bold presence in our orchards.
Tasting Notes: Dark straw in color, tropical fruit forward with a bit of hazelnut in the background. Finishes with a citrusy tart.
Semi Dry- 6.9% ABV – Available in 500ml bottles, 1/2 BBL and 1/5 BBL

Porter’s Perfection
An old English cider apple with stripes of red and a thick stem. It has a remarkable tendency to form fused fruits, usually in twos, but sometimes three or more. This cider is high in acid and tannins made moderately sparkling and if for some reason a bottle goes unopened, it should age well.
Tasting Notes: Vibrant red-flushed skin that produces bright acidic juice and mineral undertones. This tart, dry cider goes well with young and mildly aged cheese like chevre and gouda.

North Ranch Series
APPLE CIDER
Just North of a town called Tieton, rows of apple trees have grown atop North Ranch’s Hillside for three generations. With cool evening breeze and 300 days of beaming sunlight a year, our homestead is the ideal location for growing crisp apples for cider making.
Tasting Notes: Expect pineapple aromas and mineral qualities on the nose with bright acidity levels on the palate and a sweet apple finish.

Berry CIDER
Just North of a town called Tieton, rows of apple trees have grown atop North Ranch’s Hillside for three generations. With cool evening breeze and 300 days of beaming sunlight a year, our homestead is the ideal location for growing crisp apples for cider making.
Tasting Notes: Bursting with blueberries, blackberries and raspberries this cider captures the essence of an easy-drinking beverage with a bold craft touch. Northwest berries are refreshingly light with a subtle tart finish.

Pear CIDER
