This 7X over award-winning cider is made with locally sourced honey, whole lavender buds and apples grown on our 3rd generation farms in the Yakima Valley.

Imperial Apple Cider
This “Imperial” Cider comes in at 8.4% ABV! The high-octane is tamed by a touch of sweetness with a tart finish. Truly, a cider fit for royalty.
Tasting Notes: Fruity citrus notes of grapefruit and mandarin are liberated from the local apples we press to make this cider.

Imperial Raspberry cider
Expanding our Imperial line this Raspberry cider comes in at 8.4% ABV.The blend of fresh -pressed apples and Northwest raspberries makes for a perfect balance of tart and sweet.
Tasting Notes: This Imperial Raspberry cider pours as a crisp shade of ruby and finishes with a rich raspberry bite.
Imperial Blackberry
Taste a well-balanced blend of juicy blackberries and crisp apple with moderate acidity and a slightly tannic presence for added depth.
Tasting Notes: Pouring as a deep ruby hue with fragrant aroma of ripe blackberries and subtle apple notes. It finishes long and dry leaving a pleasant, lingering tartness and a touch of spice.
Imperial Huckleberry
Huckleberries are one of the Northwest’s great wild crops. The Cascade and Olympic ranges provide this redish-purple berry to those willing to seek it out.
Tasting Notes: A bold fruit-forward cider showcases the tart, juicy essence of wild huckleberries, balanced by the crisp character of local apples. Deep ruby in color, it pours with a light effervescence and an inviting aroma of ripe berries .
bOURBON BARREL PEACH Cider
Juice from hand-picked Washington State peaches and apples is married with rich bourbon barrels to give this cider a deep vanilla and plum character.
Tasting Notes: The perfect balance of sweet, ripe peaches and tartness of green apples. A touch of oak tannin finishes this cider off perfectly.
Tieton Dry

Fresh green apple cider is combined with a trio of smoky and sweetly noted chilies finishing with a tangy twist of fresh lime juice.
Tasting Notes: A blend of arbol, guajillo and pasilla chilies adds a slight kick with the acidity of tart apples; a mouthwatering combination.
Watermelon Basil
July-Sept.
A blend of fresh-pressed local apples and juicy Pacific Northwest-grown watermelons.
Tasting Notes: Fresh Northwest watermelon juice, sweet apples, a hint of bright basil and a splash of lime will quench your thirst under the warm summer sun.
Blood Orange
April-June
A perfectly paired beverage for light savory dishes.
Tasting Notes: On the palate this cider balances zesty orange peel and tangy grapefruit with a hint of apple sweetness. It’s refreshing acidity and vibrant citrus aromas are complemented by a crisp effervescent finish.
Spiced Pecan
Sept.-Nov.
As we fall into harvest season, a special and very busy time of year for us, we wanted to come up with a flavor that captured the seasonality of fresh apples and the scent of holiday cheer.
Tasting Notes: This cider is reminiscent of spiced apple butter blended with tart apples and softened by creamy pecans.
CasCade Plum
Nov.-March.
Rich Washington-grown plums bring vibrant ruby-toned fruitiness balanced by crisp apply acidity. The natural sweetness of the plum lingers just enough to invite another sip.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe stone fruit and delicate floral notes lead the way as subtle tannins and dry finish give it structure.
North Ranch Series
APPLE CIDER
Just North of a town called Tieton, rows of apple trees have grown atop North Ranch’s Hillside for three generations. With cool evening breeze and 300 days of beaming sunlight a year, our homestead is the ideal location for growing crisp apples for cider making.
Tasting Notes: Expect pineapple aromas and mineral qualities on the nose with bright acidity levels on the palate and a sweet apple finish.
Berry CIDER

Tasting Notes: Bursting with blueberries, blackberries and raspberries this cider captures the essence of an easy-drinking beverage with a bold craft touch. Northwest berries are refreshingly light with a subtle tart finish.
