Clash of the Tietons by Stephen Libbey, Terra Plata for Washington Cider Week Tieton Blend Cider 1 ½ oz OOLA Gin ½ oz fresh lemon juice ½ oz house-made huckleberry & star anise syrup Combine all ingredients except cider in a cocktail shaker over ice. Strain into a chilled glass and top with Tieton Blend Cider.
