Tommy Gun created three cocktails for Washington Cider Week with our Cherry Cider.
Cherry Blossom

3 oz Tieton Cherry Cider
1 oz OOLA Waitsburg Bourbon
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Oloroso sherry
1/4 oz sugar
Shake ingredients except Tieton Cherry Cider with ice and strain into a 10 oz tulip glass. Top with Tieton Cherry Cider.
Stoned Cider

1 ½ oz OOLA Waitsburg Bourbon
1 ½ oz Tieton Cherry Cider
2 brandied cherries
2 dashes mole bitters
pinch of sugar
Muddle cherries with bitters, then add whiskey, cider and sugar. Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve with a piece of Theo’s Dark Chocolate dropped directly into the glass.
Gin-Soaked Cider

2 oz OOLA Gin
2 oz Tieton Cherry Cider
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz triple sec
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass and serve up with no garnish.
